Lincoln Community Team

The objective of the Lincoln Community Team is to increase the competitive employment amongst LPS youth with disabilities by educating students, parents and LPS about work incentive programs. By May 2008, the Lincoln community team will overcome barriers to employment for three LPS youth through education, work incentive use and multi-agency collaboration as measured by the competitive employment of these youth.
