Transitioning to Responsible Adulthood in Nebraska (T.R.A.I.N.)
The purpose of TRAIN is to ensure that young adults (ages 18-24) with disabilities living in the York community transition from high school to employment and/or post-secondary education to become productive self-sufficient citizens.
